A message from Kerry.
I want more for our children! I don’t just want them to learn how to listen and follow instructions to cooperate. I want children to learn how to think! How to be effective choice makers to change the world. I want every child to have this opportunity to grow in responsibility, know they are capable, and resilient and to become caring, compassionate and creative adults who contributes to their community, and the world in a positive way.
My passion is in evidenced based practices and approaches. This challenges a punitive approach to children’s behaviour as being either good or bad and replaces it with an actionable and sustainable guidance approach model that supports children to have a growth mindset and own their personal power and responsibility for their actions.
There is nothing I want more than for parents and educators to trust themselves and find their unique blueprint. My work around family and classroom dynamics and culture is transformational and I invite you to contact me for any support you need in that area for growth, calm and connection.
My vision is to build a community of like minded people who want to positively impact the world by focusing on how we raise, nurture, teach, guide and encourage children. Daily I work towards this by teaching how to work alongside children and establish authentic connection, and growth mindset with others.
