What if I want a return or a refund?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged • Returned items must be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

2. Outline the goods you want to return.

3. We will contact you for you to send you a reply paid packaging and to organise your refund.

Where are you located?

We are located in sunny Townsville, North Queensland Australia. We are regional Queensland and this means postage can take a few extra days unless express is required. 

What are the shipping options?

 We have a flat rate of shipping at $13.50 regardless of how big or small your order is. If you would like to organise your own shipping please contact us we are happy to support you and work with you to do ship to wherever you are in the world or if you have found a cheaper shipping option.
