Bringing Kids in Harmony Into Everyday Life
Sep 01, 2026At Kids in Harmony, we believe children’s wellbeing is nurtured through the small moments they experience every day.
The words we use, the values we model and the way we encourage children to see themselves all help shape their confidence, self-belief and connection with others.
For more than 20 years, Kids in Harmony has used music, movement, mindfulness and meaningful messages to support children’s social and emotional wellbeing. Our Harmony Shop brings these same messages into homes, classrooms and early learning services through beautiful, practical resources created with love and intention.
I Love My Body
I Love My Body is a journey of appreciation and mindfulness.
It encourages children to appreciate their bodies, not for how they look, but for all the wonderful things their bodies allow them to experience and do.
Through simple, positive messages, children are encouraged to move, breathe, rest, play and celebrate the body that carries them through life.
The Little Book of Harmony
The Little Book of Harmony is all about values in action.
Featuring 30 beautiful virtues, it helps children explore what values such as kindness, courage, gratitude and respect can look like in everyday life.
Because values are more than words. They come alive through the choices we make, the way we treat others and how we show up in the world.
Mini Mindset Affirmation Cards
Our Mini Mindset Affirmation Cards feature affirmations and special messages used within the Kids in Harmony wellbeing program.
Each card offers children a simple, positive message they can return to throughout their day:
- I love being me.
- I let go and go with the flow.
- I choose to make today a great day.
- Do nice, be kind, spread haaaappppy!
- I have calm, and I have peace.
They can be used during group time, as part of a morning routine, transitions, before rest time or whenever a child needs a little encouragement, reassurance or reset.
Creating More Harmony
Supporting children’s wellbeing doesn’t need to become one more thing to fit into the day.
It can begin with reading a story together, choosing an affirmation or talking about one value you would like to put into action.
These small moments of harmony matter. Repeated over time, they help children build the confidence, values and inner resources they can carry with them throughout life.
