Life coaching will support you to define what is important to you (YOUR VALUES) and how you want to act according to your values.  

What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a process of empowerment, that encourages you to find your own solutions, fostering self awareness, growth and transformation.

Kerry draws on a variety of techniques, practices and principles of counselling psychology, philosophy and spirituality.

As a coach, Kerry is…
